We set out to build Melbourne's most over-the-top dessert brand. Five stores later, we think we're getting there.
Where It All Started
One Idea. A Lot of Dough.
Nuts for Donuts started with a single conviction: Melbourne deserved a donut brand that refused to play it safe. Not just a glazed ring of fried dough, but a full dessert destination stacked with flavour, colour, and genuine personality.
We obsessed over getting the donut right first. The chew, the glaze, the sprinkle-to-icing ratio. Then we built outward: cronuts with shatteringly crisp laminated layers, deep fried Oreos dusted in icing sugar, loaded cookies thick enough to be a meal, hand-crafted pies, scooped gelato, towering shakes, and proper barista coffee to bring it all home.
The result is a menu that treats dessert as the main event. No apologies.
